Re-Vamp

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted and to be completely honest, I’ve sort of lost the itch to do so. I’ve also been struggling with what to post. This blog was originally created to keep those at home updated with my various travels but for the near future, I will be grounded in beautiful Vancouver (not a bad thing at all)… which bears the question, what now? Well, I will be experimenting with content, design and widgets in an effort to make blogging a part of my life again so bear with me.

GAME 7!!!

This is going to be a quick one but I just want to send all my love and good luck and happy thoughts to the Vancouver Canucks¬†tomorrow. I will be at Rogers Arena to cheer my boys on to win the Stanley Cup! It’s time to bring it home!

Here are some photos from the past week or so…

Home Sweet Home

Absence really does make the heart grow fonder. I’ll upload a more detailed post soon since I’m still battling jet lag but just wanted to say that I love being home!

Home, Twitter, Canucks

A few things…

  1. I’ll be home May 4th! Leaving the beautiful island of Bali on the 30th and visiting Hong Kong for a few days. Will be nice to see my family and eat yummy (!) Chinese food. Including the best*** xio long bao I have ever had in my life. I’m sad to leave the life that I built here but I excited to be home and see my family, friends and Halo.
  2. I’m looking for a job so if you know of any openings, please let me know!
  3. I finally joined twitter. You can follow me @itspchan
  4. My beloved Canucks are awesome! Go Canucks Go!!!

Byebye Dengue

Update: So, I was admitted into the hospital last Tuesday night and ended up spending 3 nights there. If you ever need any sort of medical attention in Bali, check out BIMC Hospital! Everybody speaks English and they take amazing care of you. My little plug aside, those 3 days were absolutely excruciatingly boring! Watching TV day and night, getting poked and prodded for countless blood tests and eating bland hospital food is not very fun at all. Although I suppose if you were to do any of those things, you should do it at BIMC but that’s besides the point. The point is, don’t get sick, and definitely don’t get dengue fever. And, check out Groomer Has It– it’s hilarious!
